The Dallas Shambhala Meditation Center provides a series of contemplative workshops, suited for both beginning and experienced meditators.  The simple and profound technique of mindfulness and awareness is the basis of a secular path of meditation, which can benefit people of any spiritual tradition and way of life.  The Heart of Warriorship cycle of programs is a study and practice of Shambhala Warriorship - the tradition of human bravery and leadership introduced by Tibetan meditation master Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche in the late 1970's. The Shambhala teachings can be explored at www.shambhala.org. For more information on the Dallas Center see www.shambhala.org/centers/dallas or contact Jim Tompkins, Director, at 214-352-5240 or jnt@airmail.net.
